Hello Charlie is an independent design agency with studios in London and Bristol. Although based in the UK they collaborate with clients all over the world.
From their studios in London and Bristol they design across industries, markets, cultures, platforms, channels and technologies. Over the last two decades Hello Charlie has grown in size and reputation into a formidable alliance of creatives, designers and producers from a variety of creative backgrounds.
Managing projects is a complex task for which Hello Charlie used several solutions from accounts packages through to Excel Spreadsheets. Spurred by the end of life of a key solution, Hello Charlie have invested in a bespoke online Project Management system to act as a central hub for all their activities. An off the shelf solution didn’t give the flexibility required for fast their moving projects.
Elevated Software understood the business requirements and designed a Project Management system to specifically meet the needs which included a single system for the whole business, no re-keying of data, management reports and easy to access timesheets for consultants. The new project management system will encourage collaboration throughout the business.
