Previously using multiple tools like Excel and accounting software, Hello Charlie needed a more flexible solution for their fast-paced projects. They invested in a bespoke online project management system, centralising their operations, eliminating data duplication, and providing easy access to reports and timesheets. This new system fosters better collaboration across the business.

DLM specialises in the design, manufacture, repair, and calibration of Load Monitoring and Cable Working Equipment for the offshore, renewable energy, marine, subsea, and lifting industries. Over the past 30 years, they’ve built an international reputation for high-quality products.

In 2022, DLM launched an initiative to adopt greener practices, starting with digitalising their calibration department to go fully paperless.

​

A bespoke cloud-based software application was developed to streamline their complex calibration process. Accessible via web browsers and Android tablets, it replaced the paper system, offering tailored views, automated form completion, and a dashboard for tracking equipment. Hosted on Azure, the app provides real-time monitoring and reporting for smarter decision-making.

Booking and Invoicing System

United Taxis, a leading transportation service, faced challenges with an outdated software system that caused inefficiencies, particularly in invoicing, which took an entire day to complete.

To address this, a modern software solution was implemented, tailored to United Taxis' needs. The new system integrates seamlessly with their iCabbi booking platform, automating booking data retrieval, and syncs with Sage accounting software to streamline account reconciliation. This update has significantly improved their operational efficiency.
